The site

Our proposed site is located off Hedon Road, to the south west of Marfleet Roundabout.

The site is an ideal location for a new drive-thru restaurant. Proposals will see the redevelopment of a vacant site, which is well-connected to the local highway network.

Subject to planning approval, our proposals would provide a local restaurant in a convenient location for the people of Hedon Road and the surrounding area.

The creation of a new drive-thru restaurant would also deliver a range of benefits, including significant investment into the local economy and the creation of approximately 100 new jobs, in a range of full and part-time positions.
