Our Proposals

McDonald’s has long held an aspiration to open a restaurant in this part of Aberdeen. The proposed development comprises of a modern freestanding single storey restaurant with, car parking, landscaping and associated works, including customer order displays (COD) and an external play area.

Our proposals include:

• A new standalone McDonald’s restaurant, including indoor and outdoor seating for customers
• 50 on-site car parking spaces for customers, including disabled spaces and 10 cycle spaces
• An external play area
• Recycling and waste facilities across the site to encourage disposal of waste
• Extensive landscaping and new tree planting across the site and key boundaries
