A sensitive neighbour

We recognise that the site is located adjacent to business and residential properties and we take our responsibility to our neighbours seriously. To ensure that neighbours are not adversely affected by the operation of the proposed McDonald’s, we will implement the following measures:

• Appropriate control measures to limit cooking odours to be incorporated into our ventilation system
• A minimum of three daily litter picks to collect all litter in the vicinity of the restaurant
• Proposed roof plant will be in an acoustic enclosure, and a Noise Assessment will be produced as part of the planning application
