We are committed to creating an attractive development with new landscaping and a substantial landscape buffer on the eastern and southern boundaries. Resulting in a positive relationship with neighbouring properties and the encouragement of biodiversity. Our emerging proposals include the following measures:

• Biodiversity enhancements for bats, birds and invertebrates.
