Our emerging proposals

Our Proposals

McDonald’s has long held an aspiration to open a restaurant in Ellon.

The proposed development comprises a modern freestanding single storey restaurant (extending to approximately 251 sq.m), associated access, car parking and landscaping.

Our proposals include:

• A new McDonald’s Restaurant, including indoor and outdoor seating for customers;
• 39 car parking spaces, including 2 accessible spaces, 4 cycle spaces, and 2 electric vehicle charging points (one of which is an accessible space);
• Recycling and waste facilities across the site to encourage disposal of waste.
