A sensitive neighbour

We take our responsibility to our neighbours seriously. To ensure that neighbours are not adversely impacted by the operation of the proposed Drive-Thru, we will implement the following measures:

• Extensive landscaping and new tree planting along key residential boundaries, to minimise visual impacts;
• Appropriate control measures to be incorporated into our ventilation systems, to limit cooking odours;
• Any noise impacts from this proposed development will need to be considered, mitigated and minimised as required, to avoid impacting the neighbours.
• A sensitive lighting scheme, to limit lighting spill beyond the site boundary; and
• A minimum of three daily litter picks to collect all litter in the vicinity of the restaurant, not just McDonald’s packaging.
