Our proposals

The proposed development comprises a modern freestanding single storey restaurant with a drive-thru facility (approximately 371sqm), associated access, car parking, landscaping and associated works, including customer order displays and an external play area.

Our proposals include:

• A new McDonald’s Drive-Thru, including indoor and outdoor seating for customers;
• 35 on-site car parking spaces for customers, including 3 accessible spaces and 14 cycle spaces;
• An external play area;
• Recycling and waste facilities across the site to encourage disposal of waste; and
• Extensive landscaping and new tree planting across the site and key boundaries.
